Creating New REST API Credentials

As an account administrator, you can create and manage REST API keys within the Hub, with both Basic and HMAC Authentication keys supported.

Creating new REST API Credentials

Next you will need to create Basic Authentication API credentials to connect the NotifyNow service to your existing software.

Go to Settings, then API settings, and scroll to Basic Authentication or HMAC Authentication, and click Create New Key:

In the resulting modal, provide a descriptive name and click Create Key:

Once your API Credentials have been created, you will see this confirmation. Copy the credentials to the clipboard then click Ok.

Important - This is the only time the Hub will display the API Secret, so if you're not planning to use it right away, we recommend saving it somewhere you can find it later. If you lose the API Secret, you'll need to create a new key/secret pair.
